My colleague Matthew Schwarzkopf presents our twin-screw compounder and single screw extruder unit, and I present the tube furnace which produces the bio-carbon for the FACADE project. With my colleague Dr. Sudha Esakkimuthu, specialist in analytical techniques (GC, HPLC and SEC), we brainstorm methods to identify and value the gas and liquid by-products of the carbonization process.
